Tom Brady

Tom Brady

About
Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr.  was born on August 3rd, 1977 in San Mateo, California.p Tome wasn't into football, but instead was interested in baseball. Tom didn't even start playing football until he was going into his freshmen year of high school. He didn't start at quarterback his freshmen year, and the only reason he played his sophomore year if it wasn't for the freshmen quarterback quitting. His senior year, he threw for 3702 yards and 31 touchdowns. Tom then went on to the University of Michigan. He started all of his junior year and then had to fight for his position his senior year. Tom then went into the draft projected to go in the 3rd round. Brady was then sadly surprised getting drafted in the 6th round and having to wait to pick 199 to get drafted in the 2000 NFL draft by the New England Patriots. In Tom's first year he didn't play at all, and in fact he barely made the team. In 2001, he had gotten he shot when quarterback Drew Bledsoe went down with an injury. Tom never looked back. He went 11-3 for the remainder of the season as a starter and brought them to the Super Bowl. Tom played his best at the end and set the team up for the game winning field goal to win the Super Bowl. Tom would go on to win two more Super Bowls in the next three years. Brady has now appeared in 5 Super Bowls winning three of them. Brady won MVP twice, once in 2007 the other in 2010. In 2007 Brady led the league in almost every category including touchdowns, with 50 which broke a previous record. Tom Brady has never had an easy way to the top but, he has overcome all his obstacles. He is still winning a lot today and will go down as a legend.
